Perfect for Now, Prospective for the Future After purchasing the PDFToolKit Unlimited Plan: Lifetime Subscription, I find myself using the platform more than I initially expected. For everyday PDF manipulations — such as merging, splitting, or converting files — the application is both intuitive and effective. Working in a high-paced environment, these capabilities allow me to handle document management with ease and efficiency. One of the major strengths of PDFToolKit lies in its cloud-based format. This has been a real game-changer, allowing for smooth transitions across multiple devices without the hassle of consistent installations or updates. The ability to access and modify documents remotely has streamlined workflow processes, especially when I’m on the go. However, the absence of the AI feature, which the product description mentioned would be included in future updates, is a slight disappointment. The potential for AI to automatically categorize and summarize documents, or to enhance search capabilities within extensive files, is something I was looking forward to. Knowing it's in the pipeline keeps my hopes up, but it's a feature that would elevate the application from great to exceptional. Despite this, PDFToolKit currently serves its purpose admirably well.
