Easy to use and effective. Many of the freeware products don't do nearly as good a job as this product does.
Easy to use. Found lots of files to clean-up and some duplicate files. I really would like it to find duplicate photos in Photo app and remove them.
DOn`t work as good as other softwares i have
The interface is a bit dated, but MacCleanse seems like a competently-made product that works as advertised. The first version I downloaded crashed on launch; I contacted the developers and they got back to me quickly to let me know that a new version was available. The new version worked fine. Be aware that deleting some of the files MacCleanse suggests isn't always consequence-free: for example, deleting cookies may log you out of websites. Make sure you know what you're deleting.
