Queplix culls $1.5M to put apps in the cloud

Queplix, maker of software used to migrate enterprise applications from physical servers to the cloud, has brought in $1.5 million in a first round of funding from Javelin Venture Partners. The Sunnyvale, Calif. company says it will use the money to expand its product portfolio.

It also announced the launch of its QueCloud platform, which specializes in app migration but also provides users with real time data on how their apps are being accessed and used. The current version, 3.2, is available now, with a new version, 3.5, already in the testing phase of development in preparation for a fourth quarter release.
