Hoodiny lands investment to produce digital entertainment

Latin media veteran Constancio Vigil has provided an undisclosed round of financing to digital content producer Hoodiny Entertainment Group — the parent company of free music site and social network Cyloop.com. Vigil brings 50 years of experience in the multimedia entertainment industry to Hoodiny, which also operates content generating arms Hoodiny Digital, Hoodiny Interactive and Hoodiny Productions.

The Miami Beach, Fla. company previously raised $11 million from angel investors, according to VentureWire. It also has offices in Los Angeles and Madrid.
