Growthink raising $15 million round for iControl Systems

iControl Systems has hired the Growthink investment bank to help it raise $15 million in a first round of venture capital.

iControl in Rockville, Md., provides data and billing consolidation software to print media retailers and publishers. It enables those customer to share and analyze data for the distribution, cost, sales and revenue generated from their newspaper and print media publications.

Los Angeles-based Growthink is targeting its banking services and financial advice to emerging and mid-market companies, said Jeff Jones, a managing partner at Growthink.
