iMemories raising new round for home video transfers

imemories.jpgTransferring home videos from video cassettes and other tape formats is a pain. iMemories helps transfer analog videos to digital on a DVD. It also has a web site for sharing videos online with your friends.

This Scottsdale, Ariz., company is in the midst of raising a $2 million round, Venture Beat has learned. The company is raising $2 million from investors including Joyce Berk Separate Property Trust in Scottsdale, Ariz. The company is run by founder and CEO Mark Rukavina.
