Nordic Windpower gets “significant investment” from Goldman Sachs

Nordic Windpower, a San Rafael, Calif. maker of two-blade, utility scale wind turbines, has received a “significant investment” from Goldman Sachs.

Here’s the statment.

Nordic Windpower says the wind market is $20 billion annually. The company has operations in Sweden, the UK and the U.S., and previously got funding from the Swedish government and the European Union.
