Guardian Analytics raises $4.5M for fraud prevention for financial industry
Guardian Analytics, a Los Altos, Calif company focused on helping financial institutions prevent online fraud, said it has raised $4.5 million in a second round of financing.
Foundation Capital led the investment, and follows the firm’s earlier $1.25 million seed investment in the two-year old company.
The company provides banks, credit unions and brokerages with analytics of online user behavior to detect fraud threats, and advises them how to respond.
