Solar Power Partners raises $6M for solar energy management
Solar Power Partners, a Mill Valley, Calif. company that manages a network of mid-size commercial solar energy facilities raised $6 million of a planned $6.2 million first round of financing, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Wire.
Globespan Capital Partners led the deal, and Globespan partners Barry Schiffman and Ullas Naik joined the board.
