3i Systems, LCD inspection company, raises $6.5M
3i Systems, a Chinese company that provides a technology that inspects the quality of high quality liquid crystal displays, said it has raised a $6.5 million Series B financing round led by BlueRun Ventures and Anxon International.
Headquartered in Guangdong province of China, 3i Systems has so-called automated optical inspection (AOI) technology for thin-film transistor LCD.
