Cadence Design Systems buys chip design co., Clear Shape
Cadence Design Systems, a chip design company, has purchased Clear Shape Technologies, another chip design company.

Clear Shape, founded in 2003, had raised more than $10 million from investors including AsiaTech Management, Intel Capital, KT Venture Group, Telos Ventures and U.S. Venture Partners.
