SkyFuel, solar thermal company, raises $1.6M

SkyFuel, a New York developer of utility-scale solar thermal projects, has raised $1.6 million in a seed round of funding, according to a filing with the SEC cited by VentureWire.

The seed financing was raised from angel investors, the filing said.
