NewScale, IT services company, raises $11M

NewScale, a Foster City, Calif. company that sells software that gives companies ways to track usage and costs of information technology services, said it has raised an $11 million in a fourth round of funding.

Investors were Wasatch Cross Creek Capital, along with existing backers Chess Ventures, Crosslink Capital, Menlo Ventures, Montagu Newhall Associates, New Enterprise Associates and Parker Price.
