Netsuite, online business software co., files for IPO despite losses

NetSuite, a San Mateo, Calif. company that sells Web-based business software such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and e-commerce management, has filed to go public.

Here’s the SEC filing. It is still losing money.
