Storage appliance company, Data Domain, sets terms for IPO

Data Domain, the Santa Clara, Calif. storage-appliance company planning an IPO, (see our coverage) has set terms

It will offer 7.4 million shares with an estimated price range of $11.50 to $13.50 a share, it said in a filing. Accounting for its other 4.8 million outstanding shares, the company would be valued as high as $604 million.
