Conformia Software, compliance software co., raises $12.3M more
Conformia Software, a Sunnyvale, Calif. provider of software to help companies comply with regulations governing their industries, has raised $12.3 million in a third round of funding, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Week. Jafco Ventures led the deal, and was joined by return backers Foundation Capital, Mentor Capital Group and Sequoia Capital.
