Bertram Capital buys power company, PDI, for $60M

Bertram Capital, a Palo Alto, Calif. private equity firm, has bought Power Distribution, Inc. (PDI), a maker of power distribution, monitoring and static switching equipment, that among other things, powers data centers.

VentureWire reports (sub required) that the acquisition price for the Richmond, Virginia-based PDI was $60 million.
