Berkeley Capital Management acquires CapitalWorks team
Berkeley Capital Management, of San Francisco, has agreed to acquire the investment team of CapitalWorks Investment Partners, a San Diego firm that manages approximately $650 million in traditional and alternative assets for institutional investors, according to PE Week.
No financial terms were disclosed.
