Planview buys Business Engine assets, for undisclosed amount
Planview, of Austin, Texas, said it has acquired the assets of San Francisco’s Business Engine.

Business Engine, a 20-year-old company that helps companies manage their information-technology systems, had raised about $85 million in venture capital over the past decade, from Broadview Capital Partners, Deutsche Bank Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, NSE Ventures, Oak Investment Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures.
