LumaSense to acquire thermal imaging co., Mikron for $65M

LumaSense Technologies, a Santa Clara, Calif. sensor maker plans to acquire Mikron Infrared, a publicly traded Oakland Calif. company focused on temperature measurement and thermal imaging.

The purchase is for $11.50 per share, or about $65 million.
