Biz intelligence co., Cognos, buys Celequest
Cognos, a Canadian company that sells business intelligence and performance management
software, has acquired (see statement) Redwood City’s Celequest, which sells a similar product.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Celequest raised $15.6 million in venture backing over two rounds from Bay Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
