RingCentral raises $6.25M to sell telecom services to businesses
RingCentral, a San Mateo, Calif. company that provides a range of telecom services for businesses, has raised $6.25 million of an expected $12.89 million in a first round of venture capital, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Wire.
Backers include Khosla Ventures and Sequoia Capital. The company was founded in 1991, and was owned by Motorola between 1998 and 1999.
