WebTrends acquires ClickShift, for online advertising optimization

WebTrends, a Portland provider of Web analytics, has acquired San Bruno’s ClickShift, which provides online advertising optimization.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

ClickShift raised $6 million in a first round of funding this year from El Dorado Ventures and U.S. Venture Partners.
