Vonage’s insiders hold off on selling shares — good move
VentureBeat has noted that the lock-up on Vonage’s IPO shares would have created millionaires out of the company’s founders and other insiders, even as the public was left holding the bag.
But Vonage’s insiders have agreed for now to hold off on selling stock at the end of the lock-up next week.
A good move.
