Wrinkle remover, Thermage, sets IPO terms
Thermage, a Hayward maker of medical devices for the non-invasive treatment of wrinkles, has set its proposed IPO terms.
It plans to offer six million common shares at $11 to $13 per share.
The company has raised some $48 million from firms like Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Institutional Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Venture Partners and Technology Partners.
