Invoice co., OB10, raises $13.6M
OB10 Inc., a provider of electronic invoicing that standardizes for tax and accounting practices across countries, has raised $13.6 million in a second round of funding, according to VentureWire (sub required):
FF&P Private Equity, the private equity arm of Fleming Family & Partners, invested $9.3 million of the total, making it the largest individual shareholder with a 29% stake, according to FF&P Chief Executive David Donnelly. Donnelly said the fund invested GBP3 million in a prior round. The company raised $18 million in its first institutional round about 15 months ago, according to Peter Watson, OB10 senior vice president of sales/marketing.
The UK based company also has offices in San Francisco.
