iWatt, power management integrated circuit co., gets $7M debt

IWatt, a Los Gatos power management integrated circuit company, has received $7 million in debt financing from Hercules Technology Growth Capital.

The company is backed with about $26 million from venture firms Horizon Ventures, PTI Ventures, Sigma Partners and VantagePoint Venture Partners.
