3VR Security, a San Francisco provider of video surveillance technology, has secured $9 million of a $17 million Series C round, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Week. Return backers include DAG Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and VantagePoint Venture Partners.
