Shutterfly aims for $100M via its IPO, more than early plans
Photo hosting and sharing site Shutterfly wants to raise as much as $100 million with its planned initial public offering, the Redwood City company said in a filing yesterday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This is more than the $92 million it had targeted earlier.
